Deliveries

If not already stated delivery times and prices quoted are for uk mainland only (not including highlands or channel islands) for overseas including international sales please contact us for the accurate shipping costs before you order.

We will process your order as quickly as possible and aim to dispatch items in stock within 1 - 3 working days of accepting your order, however please allow up to 7 working days for your purchases to arrive. please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. some products are internationally sourced and may take several weeks to be dispatched to us. we therefore give an indication of estimated delivery times in the product information box. please note that customers must take into account national holidays to allow for correct delivery times particularly around christmas and summer when some of the european factories close. if time is an issue or to avoid any dissapointment please contact us directly for more details on manufacturer holiday periods or to find out if an item is definitely in stock before purchasing. in the event of multiple orders each product may be dispatched individually to prevent delays to the entire order. any requests that are different to our standard delivery terms must be agreed on or as soon after order as possible. please contact us by email or telephone.

Please note that from the moment a carrier attempts to deliver the goods they are then the customer’s full responsibility. the customer must also accept the goods when they are ready to be delivered. please note we cannot be responsible for carrier delays.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you would like to return a product because it's not to your liking, you can do so by contacting us within 14 days by email or phone so we can authorise the return.  All returns must be sent back to us within 14 DAYS and in the original packaging, unused and in the original condition (they will be inspected in full before any refunds are given). Standard shipping charge for returning items is £14.95. Our couriers will collect from you and supply return labels. You are welcome to use your own method, however we recommend that you use a signed for and tracked service as we will not be liable for any missing items.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORISED.  IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT LIGHTS AND FURNITURE FIT INTO THEIR ROOM AND ARE THE APPROPRIATE DIMENSIONS PRIOR TO ORDERING TO AVOID RETURNS AND INCURRING RETURN & RESTOCKING CHARGES

Payment must be made, and the terms and conditions agreed to, before an order can commence. we accept most types of credit card online.

Delivery charges.
We will refund the purchaser any delivery charge paid when a product is faulty or damaged.
